運送政策
一、送貨服務
1. 送貨費用
- 每張訂單運費為 HK$200。
- 訂單滿 HK$1,000 即享免費送貨。
- 亦可選擇門市自取,免運費。
2. 送貨安排
- 落單後將有專人聯絡確認送貨時段。
3. 偏遠地區附加運費
以下香港偏遠地區之運費將另行計算,落單後將有專人聯絡確認:
離島區:
- 大嶼山(東涌及愉景灣除外)
- 長洲
- 南丫島
- 坪洲
- 大澳
- 梅窩
- 馬灣
- 蒲台島
新界偏遠地區:
- 西貢(清水灣半島、北潭涌、西貢郊野公園範圍)
- 大尾篤
- 烏溪沙
- 流浮山
- 沙頭角

- 落馬洲
其他:
- 香港國際機場
- 港珠澳大橋香港口岸

二、商品送貨/取貨時間
4. 中秋預售商品(月餅 / 禮盒)
- 將於 2026年8月10日起安排送貨或門市取貨。
5. 現貨商品(糖水等)
- 落單後將盡快安排送貨。
6. 混合訂單
- 如同一訂單同時包含現貨及預售商品,現貨商品將盡快送出,預售商品則於 8月10日起另行送出,不另收額外運費。
三、門市自取
7. 自取時間
- 自取期為 2026年8月10日至9月22日,請於結帳時選取自取時段。
- 可選擇的取貨門市詳情請「按此瀏覽門市地址」。
8. 取貨流程
- 取貨時請向店員出示 QR Code 以確認取貨。
- 若條碼掃描失敗,請提供訂單編號及聯絡資料以確認訂單。
- 如未收到取貨通知電郵,請聯絡客戶服務部協助。
9. 取貨期限
- 請於預約取貨日期當日領取,如未能按時取貨,必須於翌日內取貨。
- 逾期未取貨者,將視為自動放棄,恕不退款或退換。
10. 授權及責任
- 任何人憑 QR Code 取貨將被視為已獲得閣下授權,閣下需對提供及使用個人資料負責。
11. 取貨記錄
- 每張訂單僅可取貨一次,所有記錄將在系統中保存。
四、訂單管理
12. 更改訂單
- 確認訂單後如需更改,請提供訂單號碼及欲更改資料聯絡客戶服務部。
- 更改必須於取貨日 4 日前通知,每張訂單僅可更改一次。
- 本公司保留拒絕更改之權利。
13. 檢查貨品
- 領取貨品時請即場檢查包裝是否完整或有否損壞,如有問題請即時提出更換。
- 貨物一旦離開門市或送出後,恕不退換。
五、禮券及其他
14. 禮券使用
- 禮券只限於指定門市使用。
- 未能於指定日期取貨將視為自動放棄,恕不退款或退換。
- 逾期作廢,恕不退款。
15. 最終決定權
- 如有任何爭議,本公司保留最終決定權。

I. Shipping Service
1. Shipping Fee
- A flat shipping fee of HK$200 applies to each order.
- Orders over HK$1,000 qualify for free shipping.
- Free in-store pickup is also available.
2. Delivery Arrangement
- Our team will contact you after order confirmation to arrange a delivery time slot.
3. Remote Area Surcharge
Additional shipping fees apply to the following remote areas in Hong Kong. Our team will contact you after your order to confirm:
Outlying Islands:
- Lantau Island (except Tung Chung & Discovery Bay)

Remote New Territories Areas:

Others:
- Hong Kong International Airport

II. Delivery / Pickup Schedule
4. Mid-Autumn Pre-order Items (Mooncakes / Gift Sets)
- Available for delivery or store pickup from 10 August 2026.
5. In-stock Items (e.g. desserts)
- Will be shipped as soon as possible after your order is placed.
6. Mixed Orders
- If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, in-stock items will be shipped first, and pre-order items will be shipped separately from 10 August. No additional shipping fee applies.
III. In-Store Pickup
7. Pickup Period
- The pickup period is from 10 August to 22 September 2026. Please select your pickup time slot during checkout.
- To view participating store addresses, please "click here."
8. Pickup Process
- Please show the QR Code to the staff upon pickup for verification.
- If the barcode fails to scan, please provide your order number and contact information for verification.
- If you do not receive the pickup notification email, please contact our customer service team.
9. Pickup Deadline
- Please collect your order on the scheduled pickup date. If you are unable to do so, you must collect it by the following day.
- Uncollected orders will be deemed forfeited, with no refund or exchange.
10. Authorization & Responsibility
- Anyone presenting the QR Code will be deemed authorized by you. You are responsible for the provision and use of personal data.
11. Pickup Record
- Each order can only be collected once. All records will be retained in our system.
IV. Order Management
12. Order Changes
- To modify a confirmed order, please contact our customer service with your order number and the details to be changed.
- Changes must be requested at least 4 days prior to the pickup date. Each order can only be modified once.
- The company reserves the right to refuse any modifications.
13. Product Inspection
- Please inspect your items upon collection for any damage or incomplete packaging. Any issues must be raised immediately for exchange.
- Once goods have left the store or been dispatched, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
V. Gift Vouchers & Others
14. Gift Voucher Use
- Gift vouchers are valid at designated stores only.
- Failure to collect on the specified date will be treated as automatic forfeiture, with no refund or exchange.
- Vouchers are void after expiry and non-refundable.
15. Final Decision
- In case of any disputes, the company reserves the right of final decision.
