門市自取

自取時間:

自取時間為 9月15日至10月3日,請於結帳時選取自取時間。
可選擇的取貨門市詳情請「按此瀏覽門市地址」。

取貨流程:

取貨時請向店員出示 QR code 以確認取貨。
若條碼掃描失敗,需提供訂單編號及聯絡資料以確認訂單。
如未收到相關電郵,請聯絡我們的客戶服務部提供協助。

未能按時取貨:

若未能在預約日期取貨,必須在該日期的次日內取貨,否則將視為自動放棄,恕不退換或退款。

禮券使用:

發出的禮券僅適用於指定取貨門市,未能於指定日期取貨將視為自動放棄,恕不退換或退款。
如有爭議,本公司保留最終決定權。

授權及責任:

任何人憑QR code取貨將被視為已獲得閣下授權,閣下需對提供及使用個人資料負責。

取貨記錄:

每張訂單僅可取貨一次,所有記錄將在系統中保存。如有爭議,本公司保留最終決定權。

更改訂單:

確認訂單後如需更改,請提供訂單號碼及欲更改的資料,聯絡客戶服務部。
更改訂單必須在取貨四日前通知,每張訂單僅可更改一次,本公司保留拒絕更改的權利。

檢查貨品:

領取貨品時請檢查是否有包裝不完整或損壞,如有問題請即時提出更換。
貨物一旦出門後恕不退換。

In-Store Pickup Guidelines

Pickup Period:

The pickup period is from September 15 to October 3. Please select your pickup time during checkout.

Pickup Process:

When picking up, please show the QR code to the staff for confirmation.
If the barcode fails to scan, you will need to provide your order number and contact information for verification.
If you do not receive the relevant email, please contact our customer service for assistance.

Missed Pickup:

If you cannot pick up your order on the scheduled date, you must do so by the next day; otherwise, it will be considered automatically forfeited, and no exchanges or refunds will be allowed.
Gift Voucher Use:

Issued gift vouchers are only valid for pickup at designated stores. Failure to pick up on the specified date will be treated as automatic forfeiture, with no exchanges or refunds.
The company reserves the right to make the final decision in case of disputes.
Authorization and Responsibility:

Anyone presenting the QR code will be considered authorized by you, and you will assume all responsibility for providing and using personal data.

Pickup Record:

Each order can be picked up only once, and all records will be stored in the system. The company reserves the right to make the final decision in case of disputes.

Order Changes:

After confirming your order, if you need to change any details, please contact our customer service with your order number and the details to be changed.
Changes must be requested at least four days before pickup. Each order can only be changed once, and the company reserves the right to refuse any changes.

Product Inspection:

Please check the products upon receipt. If there are any issues such as incomplete packaging or damage, please request an exchange immediately.

Once the goods leave the store, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
