About Grindie
Brand Introduction
At Grindie, we research, craft, and refine every dessert to add a touch of sweetness to your life. Using carefully selected ingredients sourced from around the world, we apply multiple processes—including baking, eight hours of grinding, and meticulous blending—to present what we believe is the authentic taste of Hong Kong.
Our stores feature artistic elements inspired by the moon, expressing the concept of “Reunion under the Moon” (人月兩團圓). Grindie began as an online dessert shop specializing in traditional sweet soups, later expanding into group purchases. In October 2022, we opened our first physical store on Hau Fook Street in Tsim Sha Tsui. By November 2023, we had entered Po Lam, followed by a Ma On Shan branch in 2024. In 2025, we further expanded to Sha Tin, Causeway Bay, and Tsing Yi.
